Here are some possible couch options. Their shapes are a mix of traditional and modern, which would work well in the house. The neutral, light colored ones would look great in the living room against the slate walls. I really like that they would contrast some of the older couches + chairs that we are re-upholstering.
The smaller couches or the chaise could be perfect in the office or a large bedroom. We could add color + pattern through pillows (as in the photo Mary posted earlier). They look comfy too!
The couches that are labeled are by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and the others are by Pottery Barn (besides the 3 inspiration photos at the top which are unkown).

I really like the idea of two smaller couches facing each other for the living room - i really like choice number 2 - sometimes the big puffy pillows can look a bit sloppy. Def love the idea of getting chez back in the house.
